As a leader of our Small Business Client Service team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, improving retention, and fostering a culture of excellence. What you will be doing :

• Be responsible for a Small Business Client Service team that delivers high quality, efficient service.
• Improve client retention, achieve operating / margin targets, and exceed client satisfaction.
• Improve Gallagher's value to our clients and prospects.
• Cultivate a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate high level of integrity in all interactions with clients.
• Share information, resources, and standard methodologies to advance the goals of your team.
• Effectively change direction when you're working with client and service teams to focus on what really matters.
• Mentor Client Service team through continuous learning, transparent feedback, and strong talent development.
• Use Gallagher's technology to improve your productivity and quality.
• Effectively project manage multiple competing priorities.

What you'll need to be successful :

About You

Required : Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and / or claims management experience -OR- High School degree / GED with 10+ years client service and / or claims management experience. 1+ years supervisory experience. Appropriate licensing as required.

Preferred : Prior experience designing and implementing productivity and client service improvements, Experience leading and managing teams (preferably within a matrix environment) within an operational service delivery or shared services environment, Keen understanding of professional and industry standards / practices.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market / geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business / practice area, supply / demand, and scheduled hours.
