We are now hiring a Lead HVAC Installation Technician who is ready to take ownership of each install and help shape the next generation of technicians around them.

• What You'll Be Doing
• Lead residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, IAQ products, and more) with precision and pride
• Serve as the jobsite leader : coordinating with apprentices, managing timelines, communicating with office staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Perform quality control and testing to ensure systems are installed to code and manufacturer specs
• Represent Best Heating and Air with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
• Provide mentorship and guidance to up-and-coming installers in our pipeline
• Collaborate with leadership on install quality initiatives and ongoing technician development

• What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience
• Ability to lead jobs with minimal supervision
• Solid knowledge of mechanical code, best practices, and safety requirements
• EPA Certification required (we can assist), NATE certification a plus
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship
• Good driving record and valid driver's license

Pay : $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours : 38 - 42 per week
