Job Qualification :

• Verifiable satisfactory experience in a supervisory or foreman role within a manufacturing environment.
• Have a strong understanding of quality control, workflow processes and workforce management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and management skills are essential.
• Must have a working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Forklift operator certification is required at no cost to the employee.
• Must be able to communicate and assist with subcontractors as required.
• Ability to think Critically.
