13North, formally the Milwaukee Alehouse has been serving the Grafton community and beyond for the past 20 years. Our new brand will be an upscale casual style restaurant.

We are dedicated to providing exceptional hospitality, positively impacting our community, and creating memorable experiences for every guest, employee, and vendor who walks through our doors.

As a qualified bartender, you will be able to create consistent cocktails, and provide thoughtful food and beverage recommendations to customers, while keeping a clean and well-organized space.

Position Requirements :

  • 2+ years of previous bartending or serving experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Must have, at minimum, availability to work three shifts (Monday through Saturday) from 3 : 00pm to 10 : 00pm
  • Demonstrate consistency in punctuality and reliability
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage, with a commitment to continue learning
  • Strong attention to detail to accurately take orders, input them into the POS system and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly
  • Excellent customer service, including strong communication skills, attentiveness to customer needs, and the ability to handle various requests quickly and appropriately
