job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAverage 2,200 - 2,500 miles per week Earn $1,254 - $1,625 per week Veterans earn an additional 1 CPM Onboarding bonus Comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance 401(k), and participation in our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Vacation pay Experienced Drivers (3+ years) : Earn an extra 5 CPM Rising Stars ( Earnings are based on experience & weekly mileage) Weekly miles & home time vary by location) Must have valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license Must have 6 months experience Minimum age of 21 100% no-touch freight Weekly direct deposit payroll settlements Steady and stable income with bi-annual pay increases based on performance Detention pay and layover pay Stop pay (excluding first and last pick up / drop off) Orientation pay with transportation, motel (single), and meal coverage Pet and rider program available No forced dispatch to NYC State-of-the-art, late-model tractors and trailers equipped with APUs or Idle Smart GeoTab and Transflo in-cab telematics All equipment is 2021 or newer STEP ONE : Submit the form to request info STEP TWO : Finish our employment app (provided after form submission) STEP THREE : J&R Schugel will review and give you a call
