Associate General Counsel

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to support its growth and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and manage provider, client, partner, and payor agreements while ensuring data security and intellectual property protection

Advise on HIPAA, state consumer privacy laws, and AI regulations, and consult on data security best practices

Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and training programs while leading regulatory oversight

Required Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school with active U.S. bar membership

8+ years of legal experience in health tech or digital health, with a blend of law firm and in-house roles

Proactive, mission-driven mindset comfortable in fast-moving environments

Expertise in state and federal laws and regulations impacting the business, including FDA and HIPAA

Experience negotiating complex deals with multiple stakeholders
