Are you a skilled Machinist with a passion for precision and aerospace innovation? PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Machinist . You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge CNC and manual equipment to produce high-quality components that help build the next generation of commercial aircraft.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Setup & Operation : Set up and operate a variety of equipment including 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, routers, lasers, and manual machines.

Programming & G-code : Write and edit G-code using CAM software and at the machine controller to ensure precise machining.

Quality Production : Produce high-quality aerospace parts efficiently by following specifications, design documents, and written work instructions.

Custom Programming : Code programs for new parts, ensuring seamless integration into production.

CAD Blueprint Review : Review CAD designs and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise machining for each component.

Instruction Creation : Develop setup instructions and support the machining team in executing projects smoothly.

What We’re Looking For :

Required :

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ years of experience working in a machine / fabrication shop.

5+ years of aerospace (or related / transferrable field) machining experience.

Proficiency in programming and using CATIA or similar software.

Strong knowledge of G-code and CAM software for CNC programming.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies : 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred :

Experience working with aerospace-grade materials and components.

Familiarity with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills, lathes, routers, lasers, and manual equipment.

Physical Requirements :

Able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry up to 20 lbs when necessary.

Capable of standing, walking, kneeling, and sitting for extended periods.

Ability to engage in communication and operate various types of office and machine equipment.

Must be able to travel and walk through production areas.

Pay Details : 23.25 per hour
