Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure optimal performance of all facilities.
• Oversee the maintenance and housekeeping team, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance needs.
• Manage the maintenance budget and optimize costs without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and activities.
• Stay updated on the latest maintenance technologies and implement them to improve operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation on maintenance activities and outcomes.

Ensure work orders are completed within 48 hours (non-emergency).

Be available for emergencies in the building (after-hour calls included).

Tracking expenses for the department and staying within the monthly budget.
