Oversee all aspects of Manufacturing and Distribution environment including processes, quality, productivity, safety, machine operation, and mechanical maintenance Regularly assist in hands-on duties such as receiving, loading – offloading – operating machinery, and operating industrial vehicles Manage quality, safety, and process documentation in SAP database system Work with dispatch team and shipping, receiving, and trucking schedules Be a strong and friendly presence in the workforce – coach and oversee all employees with firmness, kindness, and attention to detail. Must have a relationship-driven approach Manage employee coaching, and overall engagement with support of Operations Management Floating responsibility - Work hands-on in production roles alongside team to train and coach or fill gaps in labor Ability to work in varying temperatures (heat and cold), stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 65lbs required Ability to read, write, speak and understand English required for safety reasons 4+ years experience in a Manufacturing Environment required, food manufacturing or chemical handling experience strongly preferred 2+ years of experience with SAP or ERP database system strongly preferred Must have mastery of food manufacturing machinery and equipment such as boilers, evaporators, liquid processing equipment etc. Excellent people skills are a must – have a track record and great aptitude for balancing results and relationships
