Responsibilities :

• Build a business relationship to determine customer needs while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist customers through a salesperson rotating process.
• Determine prices, maintain customer records, send thank you cards, work individually and, as a team, review sales reports, ensure the display floor is clean and organized, consult with Sales managers, and participate in inventories.

Mr. Witt founded his company based on Honesty, Integrity and High Moral Standards. Always committed to providing quality home furnishings and accessories at the lowest possible prices for his customers. His commitment to Customer Service is still evident in our company today.

Mr. Witt passed his love for the furniture business down to his children and grandchildren and Howell Furniture is currently a third generation company still locally owned and operated.
