Overview

The Wellness (Sales) Consultant qualifies new guests into the Hotze Health & Wellness Center via a comprehensive Wellness Consultation. This consultation captures the prospective guest's health goals, symptoms, and full medical history, and sets expectations for what to expect within the first year and beyond as a guest (patient) of our Center. This includes the partnership between provider and guest (patient), the commitment required, and an understanding of all costs (initial visit, membership requirements, and ongoing costs). We are a cash-based, attribute-focused practice and provide transparency about potential lifestyle changes, recommendations, and fees. In addition to onboarding new guests (patients), the Wellness Consultant cultivates prospective guests via outbound calling and emailing from marketing lead lists derived from website forms, social media ads, inquiries, radio ads, newsletters, and other sources. The consultant also identifies leads through active outreach in relevant communities (e.g., social media, comments, and calendars) and shares Calendly links for complimentary wellness consultations when appropriate. The Wellness Consultant is responsible for all administrative work within our Salesforce Platform, documenting every touch with a prospective guest (patient), from initial outreach to documentation of consultations, booking, and sending pre-initial visit questionnaires and required communications. This position is a sales role within our center and relies on critical thinking and independent judgment to qualify or disqualify prospects for services based on history, symptoms, needs, and clear communication of costs and membership requirements.
