Parking Ticket Clerk

In this role you will :

Process receipts for parking ticket payments received through the mail, at the window and electronically daily.

Acts as clerk for parking ticket hearings.

Gather information from violators, ticket writers, police officers, traffic wardens, public works, corporation counsel and the hearing officers for hearings.

Enter parking ticket data into personal computer to both create and update records and answer questions about parking ticket issues.

Assist with debt checks.

Answer parking ticket inquiries via telephone and in person from the public.
