Repair Operations Lead

A company is looking for a Repair & Maintenance Operations Lead, focused on outside plant repair and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize data to prepare and present performance reviews to market teams

Identify root causes in underperforming areas and develop improvement programs

Lead cross-functional changes and provide expertise to develop and improve processes

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in network operations with responsibilities including outage resolution and change management

Technical understanding of passive optical networks and MAN IP networks

Experience managing large cross-functional projects and vendor management

Experience using data analytics to drive improvements

Strong analytical and financial skills
