VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to work in a corporate wellness clinic located in Princeton, NJ . This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

Responsibilities :

• Provide general wellness checkups, proficient in well-women exam and well-male exam.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Provide primary care & urgent care.
• Provide Diabetes prevention based on pre-designed program.
• Able to work in a team environment, may need to do phlebotomy or injections if nurse not available.

Requirements :

Must be able to pass a background check and credit report review.
