Position Overview

As a Maintenance Assistant , you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of our facility. Your responsibilities will include routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep to ensure a well-maintained environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance , including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems (e.g., lighting, appliances, plumbing).
• Assist with daily upkeep , including janitorial tasks and safety checks.
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, safe, and functional for residents and staff.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces , as needed.
• Order and maintain supplies for maintenance tasks.
• Participate in the facility’s emergency response plans , as needed.
