Nature & Purpose of Position :

The Department of Art is looking for an intern with graphic design experience.Duties :

Job Tasks ? Research and evaluate Virtual Reality applications for education usage. Design and / or modeling characters, props, and environments? Responsible for keeping the lab in a tour-ready condition.? Follow all standard lab work instructions and test methods.? Responsible for the care and calibrations of XR software, hardware and equipment? Ensure that all activities are completed in compliance with lean, ethical and regulatory requirements, with regards to IRB for Human Subjects Protection under Nemours.? Promotes a safe work environment for self and others.? Take the initiative to resolve issues before they become problems.? Seeks continuous improvement through periodic assessments.? Ability to work in a Hybrid environment? Enthusiasm for learning new software and Hardware all job duties as assigned related to grant-funded project work.

Other Requirements for the Position :

Required Qualifications : Must be full time Student

Must have 2.5 cumulative GPA

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

Ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work on a Mac

Works collaboratively in team environment

Aware of current best practices in creating accessible documents a plus
