NTB / Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers is part of the Mavis Tire Family. We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Canal Winchester, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
Responsibilities — Assistant Manager
As a future leader, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely, and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing established policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics / technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining team member safety.
Responsibilities — Service Manager
The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians to ensure timely, high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance. The Service Manager drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, assesses needs, provides information on repairs and maintenance, and strives to meet customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with the in-store experience.
