Assistant Project Manager

Job Description

  • Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and documentation from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project milestones.
  • Support procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order processes.
  • Help maintain project records, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
  • Collaborate with field teams to ensure alignment between office and site operations.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction project coordination or management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow into a Project Manager role.
