Location : Sugar Land, TX

About Us :

At SwimLabs, we provide personalized swim instruction in a unique and innovative environment. Our goal is to help swimmers of all levels reach their potential, from beginners to competitive athletes, through small class sizes and the use of advanced video analysis technology.

We are looking for an experienced Swim Coach to join our team and make an impactful contribution by inspiring and guiding swimmers of all ages.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality swim instruction tailored to individual needs and abilities.
  • Utilize SwimLabs' cutting-edge video technology for technique analysis and feedback.
  • Provide constructive feedback and encourage swimmers to build confidence and skills.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and friendly aquatic environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Ensure adherence to SwimLabs' teaching methodologies and safety standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a swim coach or instructor.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certifications (or willingness to obtain before employment).
  • Strong knowledge of stroke technique, training strategies, and swim competition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with swimmers of all ages and levels.
  • Dependable, motivated, and proactive team player.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Competitive swimming background or experience coaching competitive swim teams.
  • Certification through ASCA or similar swim coaching organizations.
  • Familiarity with SwimLabs' training technology or similar video feedback systems.

    • Compensation and Schedule :

  • Competitive pay based on experience and certifications.
  • Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availability.
  • Hours : 630 hours per week
