Job Details

Schedule : 4 days per week

10 hours

Additional Details : Outpatient Cardiology position

Ideally experienced in managing (physical assessment, guideline based medication treatment, risk stratification) of heart failure, cardiomyopathies, valvular diseases, and arrhythmias.

APPs do a lot of independent treatment, but do work with a supervising cardiologist.

This is exclusively outpatient with no inpatient care

No oversight of diagnostic procedures other than pacemaker interrogations which are performed by the various reps from pacemaker manufacturers.

multidisciplinary department with APPs working with MD, RN, pharmacists, dietitians, etc.

Weekdays only,

4 x 10 hr days

Telephone call every 2 months or so
