Location : Palo Alto, CA or New York City, NY (Midtown Manhattan) - Hybrid 3 days / week onsite. Work Mode : Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 6+ Software and Firmware QA Engineers.
• Define and drive quality assurance processes, standards, and best practices across software and firmware development cycles.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of test automation into the CI / CD pipeline.
• Oversee the planning, development, and execution of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with Hardware development teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate and prioritize testing activities to meet release schedules and project milestones.
• Implement and monitor quality metrics and KPIs to assess product quality and team performance.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product quality and delivery timelines.
• Advocate for continuous improvement in QA practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Participate in release readiness reviews and Scrum meetings to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, estimates, or potential problems, and ensure all quality criteria are met before product launch.

The base salary range for this position is $126,900 - $158,600. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 24.5%-30% of base salary for the San Francisco Bay area. The base salary range including ASD for this position is $164,970 - $206,180 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
