Title : Sitecore Developer / Senior Sitecore Developer

Location : New York City, NY (3 Days Onsite / Hybrid)

Job Description :

The Sitecore Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications and components on the Sitecore Experience Platform (XP / XM). This role involves customizing Sitecore, integrating with third-party systems, implementing templates, layouts, workflows, and optimizing performance. The developer collaborates with business stakeholders, UX / design, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and customize Sitecore components, templates, renderings, pipelines, and workflows.
• Integrate Sitecore with external systems (e.g. CRMs, marketing automation, search, e-commerce APIs).
• Implement personalization, A / B testing, analytics, and marketing automation features using Sitecore features (e.g., Personalization rules, xDB, xConnect).
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security by following best practices (caching, indexing, CDN, optimization).
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and automated testing.
• Provide technical support for defects, debugging, and resolving issues in production and pre-production environments.
• Assist in deployment, release management, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD).
• Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture, design, codebase, configuration).
• Stay current with Sitecore releases, modules, and ecosystem trends.
