Charge experience required

Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs

Description :

Locals are not accepted.

Must be willing and able to work in a charge role.

Charge pay available.

Ratios are 1 : 4.

No first-time travelers accepted; limited exceptions apply.

Weekend work is required.

On-call duties are not required.

Travel experience is required.

Candidates must manage a variety of tasks and exhibit the ability to care for a diverse patient population.

The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics.

Daily census is approximately 16 patients.

Patients requiring PCU level of care will be your primary focus.

You may need to float to Med / Surg if necessary.

Floating as needed is expected of all travelers.

You will work a total of 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.

Candidates must work two out of three major holidays.

Mentoring and interdisciplinary support are available from various specialized teams.

The unit focuses on the titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips.

Skills required include starting and maintaining IVs, managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, and tracheostomy management.

Candidates must possess abilities in the interpretation of dysrhythmias and management of feeding tubes.

Physical therapists, respiratory services, and social services provide additional support.

The facility requires candidates to have the necessary certifications in hand to be considered.

All required documents must be submitted prior to the start date.
