The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
Minimum Qualifications
Option 1 : Bachelors degree in human resources, business, organizational development, or related field and 10 years experience in enterprise change, transformation, or workforce strategy. Option 2 : 12 years experience in enterprise change, transformation, or workforce strategy, including 5 years leading senior teams or enterprise portfolios.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Organizational Design, or Job Architecture. Experience with enterprise AI enablement or workforce technology implementation. Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven workforce planning tools. Masters degree in human resources, business, or related field.
