Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service for routine inquiries via telephone, email, web chats, and written correspondence.
  • Utilize a computerized system for tracking inquiries, gathering information, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Assist callers with online applications and electronic submissions to providers.
  • Document call logs and refer complex inquiries to the CSR Lead as necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage simultaneous tasks efficiently.
  • Must be a team player willing to collaborate.
  • Complete required training and certifications as directed.
  • Willingness to work overtime and scheduled holidays as needed.
  • Please note that on-site attendance is a key requirement for this position to ensure effective collaboration, communication, and supervision. Remote work options are unavailable for the first year of employment until specific performance criteria are met.
