The Dog Stop® Eastside is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator / Dog Care Manager to join our team. Knowledge of the dog-care industry is prefered for this position.
This is a full-time position and open availability (including some weekends) is required. Pay typically starts at $13 an hour depending on skill level, with room for advancement.
At The Dog Stop® East End we prefer to promote from within. This position does have the potential to grow into an assistant manager role for those employees who show exemplary performance.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
Managing all BOH employees on shift to ensure all daily tasks are taken care ofPerforming behavioral evaluations for new guestsTraining new employeesLearning the computer databaseChecking customers in and checking customers outScheduling daycare, grooming, boarding, and enrichment servicesAnswering a phones and emailsMaintaining inventory of both FOH and BOH supplies and retail itemsReporting damaged equipment and items in need of service.Knowing the basics of dog body languageMaintaining a safe and stress-free environment for our guestsObserving and reporting changes in a dog's behavior or healthA small amount of bathing dogs and doing nail trims (training provided)Laundry dutiesDish dutiesClear communication with assistant and general manager(s)Contributing to a positive team environment and, of course, cuddling and having fun with dogs!A customer facing personality will be necessary for this position!
