Description :

Full-time position with expected hours of 40 per week.

Candidates must possess a valid state license.

Rehab Optima experience is preferred.

A comprehensive credentialing checklist is to be completed prior to submission.

This includes background checks for criminal history and sex offender status.

A negative drug screen result is also required.

Candidates should be prepared to provide personal references.

Additional health requirements must be met prior to employment.
