Analyst Program In Real Estate Debt

The Analyst Program within Real Estate Debt offers junior professionals a dynamic, hands-on experience across public and private commercial real estate investment and finance. Over the two-year program, Analysts work closely with senior team members to support acquisitions and originations, build financial models, and contribute to market research and due diligence. The program begins with formal training and quickly transitions into live deal work, project ownership, and continuous professional development through Lunch & Learns, mentorship, networking, and social events. Analysts are fully integrated into their teams as value-add contributors, with top performers considered for full-time roles upon completion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in underwriting and analyzing potential acquisitions / originations, including cash flow projections
- Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data
- Review legal documents and support the due diligence process
- Provide analytical and modeling support to analysts and management
- Participate in training sessions and team-building activities
Qualifications
