Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- PE License (HUGE PLUS!!)
- 8+ years of experience in Civil Land Development (retail, residential, commercial experience with national clients)
- Experience managing projects up to $2 million in revenue
Day to Day :
Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager in a Civil Engineering group, you'll lead a variety of projects across different sizes and complexities. This role offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where you can grow your career.
Other Responsibilities Include :
Project Collaboration :
Partner with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.Survey Data Analysis :
Analyze existing site conditions using project survey data.Review legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condominium documentation.Serve as the subject matter expert for data-related inquiries.Mentorship and Team Leadership :
Provide guidance and support to junior staff.Ensure accurate and efficient execution of project tasks.Foster professional growth and development within the team.Technical Reporting :
Prepare comprehensive reports, technical opinions, and recommendations.Contribute to hydrology and hydraulic studies, project schedules, and storm sewer documentation.Construction Support :
Deliver construction-related services and oversee junior team contributions.Assist with permit applications and quantity estimations to support project execution.Engineering Software Expertise :
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software tools to complete assignments efficiently and within budget.Professional Development :

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
