Behavioral Health Recruiter

A company is looking for a Recruiter - Behavioral Health.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a high-volume requisition load, primarily focusing on counselor positions

Partner with clinic managers to understand staffing needs and ensure consistent communication

Mentor and coach a team of phone screeners and junior recruiters in the candidate screening process

Required Qualifications

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience

5+ years of healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience required

Experience recruiting in the AZ market strongly preferred

Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead teammates in a recruiting environment

Experience managing high requisition loads and partnering with multiple hiring managers
