Litigation Auditor

A company is looking for a Litigation Auditor to support its legal invoice review program.

Key Responsibilities

Review legal invoices for accuracy and compliance with billing guidelines

Examine related documentation to validate billed activities and ensure alignment with case strategy

Collaborate with claims teams to provide recommendations on legal billing practices and resolve discrepancies

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

5-10 years of litigation-related experience with knowledge of civil procedure and legal billing practices

Familiarity with the litigated claims process, particularly in insurance defense

Prior experience in legal invoice review and exposure to electronic billing systems preferred

Strong analytical skills to assess billing accuracy and recommend cost-control strategies
