Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machining tools and equipment to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of materials. The Machinist will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products.

• Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines, milling machines, and other machining tools to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments, including bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines, to ensure accuracy in production.
• Program CNC machines as needed for complex projects.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tooling and fixtures for new products.
• Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Skills
• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery and milling machines.
• Experience with programming CNC machines.
• Familiarity with tooling design and fabrication processes.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Pay : $23.33 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 – 50 per week
