Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a dedicated School Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological services across multiple school locations in the Fredericksburg, VA area. This role primarily supports middle school settings but involves working with K-12 populations, ensuring a broad impact on student well-being and academic success.

This full-time position offers a 12-month contract for the 2025 / 2026 school year, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements. The role requires collaboration with educators, families, and administrators to support diverse student needs through assessments, interventions, and consultation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students K-12 to identify learning, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and provide counseling or behavioral support.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design strategies that promote positive student outcomes.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
