This role also includes coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, patients / families, and referring agencies.\n\nQualifications : \n
- Education : Graduate of an accredited diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.\n
- Experience : 1-2 years of recent nursing experience in a psychiatric unit, home care, hospitalization program, or other outpatient psychiatric service preferred.\n
- Licenses : Current state license as a Registered Nurse and a valid state Driver's License.\n
- Certifications : Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis consent / declination.\n
