Landscape Bed Care Technician / Pesticide Applicator

Bed Care Technician are the frontline in delivering an exceptional client experience through :

  • Maintain weed-free beds
  • Care for trees, shrubs, annuals, and perennials
  • Maintain certification for commercial pesticide applications (assistance will be provided)
  • Safely utilize pesticides in landscape areas
  • Communicate with operations manager regarding job site and service issues
  • Snow removal services in the winter
  • Ensuring work is conducted safely for the employees, the clients, the public and our environment
  • Safely operating tools and equipment
  • Equipment care and general maintenance

    • Requirements :

  • Valid Chauffeur's license with acceptable driving record and DOT medical card
  • Pesticide Applicator License
  • At least 2 years of experience working as Pesticide Applicator
  • Able to safely operate commercial vehicles and trucks with trailers
  • Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
  • Able to be on call 24 / 7 during winter season months
  • Able to handle the physical demands of the position
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Accountability to themselves and to their team
  • Ownership of Job
  • Be someone others want to work with
