A company is looking for a Disability Customer Advocate to manage total absence claims and provide exemplary customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle and administer Family & Medical Leave Act and other leave claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures
Make eligibility decisions during intake calls and perform necessary follow-ups on leave claims
Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma
2+ years of related experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of system applications and disability claims procedures preferred
