Title : IT - Service - Lab Computing Analyst

Location : Regional Area (Onsite)

Employment Type : Contract

Compensation

Pay Range : $21.56-$30.80 / Hrs

Description

Provide advanced technical support for computer and data center operations.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware and software.
Maintain access control, data integrity, and file system security.
Monitor and record system performance and utilization metrics.
Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical personnel.
Recommend process improvements and hardware / software solutions for efficiency.
Participate in IT and infrastructure projects, including web-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Apply technical skills to support computer / data center operations.

Install and configure server and non-desktop systems.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

Ensure data integrity and security in the computing environment.

Monitor system performance and utilization.

Recommend upgrades and new acquisitions.

Collaborate with internal and external teams on projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technical support for data center operations.

Expertise in installing and configuring server systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.

Ability to maintain data integrity and security.

Effective communication skills for diverse audiences.
