Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop the Financial Clearance Team Leads and staff
Perform quality reviews of patient accounts for accuracy and adherence to policies
Provide training and feedback to staff and monitor compliance with established procedures
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
5-7 years of financial clearance experience in a medical practice or healthcare setting required
Understanding of managed care contracts, specialty insurance, and billing practices
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and other government assistance programs
