THE JOB :

Step Into the Role of Assistant Manager at Our Pan Asian Restaurant!

As the Assistant Manager of Ginger Pan Asian Restaurant, you'll take the lead in ensuring smooth daily operations while creating a vibrant atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more! This role isn't just about management; it's about being part of a fun and rewarding journey where your passion for food and service shines! If you're excited to inspire and lead a team while making every meal a delightful adventure.

Shift : Grave 7 PM - 4 AM

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

  • Dynamic Floor Planning : Create daily floor plans for each shift to ensure smooth station rotation and optimal coverage!
  • Service Supervisor : Lead and supervise floor service during operating hours to provide an exceptional dining experience!
  • Chef Communication : Stay in touch with the Chef on all food service and menu issues for seamless kitchen operations!
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with management, chefs, and culinary staff to fulfill guest requests and address any needs!
  • Supply Management : Order supplies and prepare purchase requisitions.
  • Inventory Rock Star : Keep inventory forms and stocking areas updated for smooth operations!
  • Quality Assurance : Inspect food from support departments to ensure freshness and quality for our guests!
  • Guest Engagement : Maintain direct communication with guests for special requests and large party reservations, making their experience unforgettable!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent F&B supervisory position.

    Pay Range :

    The pay range for this role is :

    $47,165.76 - $62,258.70

    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    Eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans as well as 401(k) and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
