About The Position

We’re hiring a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist for locum coverage in Grass Valley, CA. This is a hospital-based role handling IR procedures, stroke CTs, general acute care studies, and occasional coverage of outpatient building procedures.

You do not need to be available for all dates to be considered, but please share your 2026 availability , including how many weeks / month you can cover.

October : 11–12

December : 24–31

Job Requirements

Board Certified or Eligible in Radiology

California License + CA Fluoroscopy Certificate

BLS + DEA (required for credentialing)

Strong procedural skills in :

CT / US biopsies

Thoracentesis / Paracentesis

Lumbar punctures

Drain placements (percutaneous + tunneled preferred)

Acute care imaging capability (stroke CTs, ICU, ED, OB)

Clean malpractice preferred

Must be comfortable with ~50 studies / day + 4–6 procedures / day
