Description : Job Purpose

Support the efficient operation of the marine parts and warehouse departments by receiving, organizing, and distributing boat and marine equipment parts. Responsibilities include managing inventory, fulfilling customer and service orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming marine parts and materials.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare boat parts orders for internal departments, retail customers, and service teams.
• Organize and store parts in designated locations by category (e.g., engine components, electrical systems, rigging, hardware).
• Label and tag parts clearly for identification and inventory tracking.
• Assist in constructing or assembling parts kits as required for repairs or installations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Prepare and complete shipping documentation for outgoing parts orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Occasionally drive the company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, adhering to all marine industry safety protocols.
• Wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Parts Lead or management.
