Description : About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Rigging Boat Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll help bring our Rigid Inflatable boats to life — from fabricating and assembling hulls and consoles to installing superstructures like seating, T-tops, and propulsion systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, take pride in precision, and want to be part of building something people love, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate and assemble hulls and consoles
- Install consoles, seating, T-tops, steering, electronics, and propulsion systems
- Prepare fiberglass and aluminum materials (cutting, drilling, etc.)
- Make sure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Pitch in with shop maintenance, sea trials, and job inventory when needed
