HR Generalist

You will engage in a variety of HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Serve as point of contact for employee-related issues, providing guidance on policy interpretation and resolution processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing employee training and development programs that align with organizational goals.
- Administer employee performance review processes and provide consultation on performance enhancement opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Communicate, implement, and support the delivery of HR programs for the site in alignment with the overall HR strategy.
- Prepare reports, collect data, develop summaries, and report status of any on-going legal matters.
- Lead workplace investigations as necessary.
- Lead initiatives to build individual and organizational talent capability for the site and business.
- Collaborate with the leadership on effective employment practices to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies to effectively motivate the workforce.
- Collaborate with leadership on effective organizational changes, employment practices, and proactive people strategies as necessary.
- Collaborate with leadership to advance a culture centered on feedback, partnership, transparent communications, and positive employee experience.
- Resource for coaching to all employees and leaders in the organization with a focus on improving overall site and business performance and employee experience.
- Ensure compliance with company, government and / or local requirements and policies.
Qualifications :
BS / BA in Human Resources or related discipline required5+ years of experience in Human Resources fieldManufacturing experience is requiredLabor relations experience preferredExceptional communication skills (oral and written)Demonstrated ability to drive change in an organizationDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all levels and areas of an organizationAbility to influence courses of action and implement best practicesMust possess excellent judgement, organizational, and strategic skillsExperience leveraging AI to enhance your work processes is a plusDuPont is an equal opportunity employer.
