Role Description

As an Experienced Commercial Appraiser / Team Lead at Worth Valuations, you will play a key role in shaping and leading our growing commercial appraisal division. You will be responsible for servicing assignments across a range of property types, including retail, office, industrial, and self-storage. This is a strategic leadership position where you will have the opportunity to mentor and develop junior appraisers, drive the quality and efficiency of the appraisal process, and contribute to the growth of our commercial appraisal services.

Your responsibilities will include conducting property valuations, reviewing reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with clients to deliver timely and credible results. In addition to your appraisal duties, you will be involved in shaping the future of the division, working closely with our leadership team to expand the business and implement new processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the commercial appraisal team, ensuring quality and efficiency in all assignments
• Manage bidding opportunities for commercial work
• Perform and oversee appraisals for a variety of property types including retail, office, industrial, and self-storage
• Mentor, train, and develop junior appraisers to ensure high standards of work and professional growth
• Conduct reviews of appraisal reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality
• Collaborate with clients to meet their appraisal needs and provide exceptional service
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the commercial appraisal division
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions
