- As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you'll drive the strategy and execution behind how Clemens attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier talent. You'll lead a high-performing recruiting team, serve as a trusted partner to business and HR leaders, and ensure our hiring practices reflect The Clemens Way.

What you'll do :
Lead the professional and exempt-level recruiting strategy aligned with business and workforce goals.Manage, coach, and develop a team of three talented recruiters, fostering growth, accountability, and collaboration.Partner with leaders across the business to anticipate talent needs and design proactive sourcing strategies.Oversee recruiting systems, tools, and workflows to deliver efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.Use data, funnel metrics, and insights to continuously optimize recruitment performance and decision-making.Strengthen Clemens' employer brand through inclusive, engaging, and values-driven candidate experiences.Collaborate with HR and Marketing to showcase Clemens as an employer of choice in every interaction.What makes this role exciting :

7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including 3+ years in people leadershipProven success leading professional / exempt-level hiring strategiesExperience with recruiting systems, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologiesStrong relationship-builder who can influence and collaborate across levels and functionsAnalytical thinker with a data-driven approach to talent decisionsPassionate about people, culture, and elevating the candidate experienceSkills & mindset :
