What You'll Do as a Manager in Training :

As a Manager in Training, you'll work side-by-side with experienced General Managers and District Management to learn how to :

Lead and develop a high-performing team

Drive sales and membership growth

Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory

Understand and manage budgets and financial goals

Maintain a welcoming and compliant environment for members and staff

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We're Looking For :

2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality management or supervision

Proven sales or customer service experience

A self-starter who's goal-oriented and eager to learn a new industry

Strong leadership potential with excellent communication and organizational skills

Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends

Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
