Hospital Employee, Outpatient only.   Annual Salary.  Employer Loan Forgiveness available up to $150,000 total .  Signing Bonus available up to $50,000 .  Relocation Bonus available up to $10,000.  CME up to 1 week and $5,000 available.  Up to 6 weeks of PTO available.  Retirement plan provided.  AllScripts in use for EMR.   $550K plus productivity incentive bonus plan..  Employee child care center available onsite. .  A robust parochial school system..
