Job Title : Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : North Valley Surgery Center – Chico, CA

Pay : $62 / hour

Schedule : Per Diem / On-Call (no set schedule; shifts as needed)

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care before, during, and after ophthalmic surgical procedures.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and responses to anesthesia or medications.
• Assist the surgical team with preparation, instrumentation, and sterile field management.
• Support patient education and post-operative instructions to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations.
• Adhere to all infection control, safety, and compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and surgical technicians to ensure continuity of care.
