Knowledge Management, Inc. (KMI) is seeking qualified candidates with experience working in a government environment and specific experience with the Navy Working Capital Fund. This position will focus on :

Key Responsibilities :

• Supporting Headquarters Marine Corps Financial Improvement & Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative to ensure clean audits of Marine Corps financial systems.
• Supporting the alignment of financial & logistics policies to support clean audit opinions
• Leading and supporting the execution of audit events, Planning Teams, Working Groups, Cross Functional Teams, and staff synchronization meetings.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a business, finance, and / or accounting field of study

Minimum of 15 years' experience in finance / accounting occupations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on military finance and / or logistics

Desired Qualifications :

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a robust work environment.

Current / active certification as a Certified Public Accountant

CDFM certification

Security Clearance :

Active DoD Secret security clearance required.

Work Environment :

Remote

Travel :

Travel within CONUS possible (LOGCOM, Albany, GA)
