Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Unit!

Position : Registered Nurse (RN), Cardiac Unit

Employment Type : Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 12-hour Varied Shifts (including weekend and holiday rotation)

Sign-on Bonus : $7,500 Available (Eligibility requirements apply)

About Our Team

Our Cardiac Unit features 36 beds, caring for a diverse patient population including :

Post-operative CABG and pacemaker patients
Patients with Bradycardia, Tachycardia, SVT, AFIB, acute MIs, and more
Step-down (IMCU) patients

This role provides exposure to critical patients, serving as a great bridge to departments such as ED and ICU.

Your Contributions

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will :

Perform care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.

Document patient care accurately.

Monitor and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assist patients with daily living activities, including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.

Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Evaluate and address the learning needs of patients and families.

Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.

What We Are Looking For

Applicants should possess :

A valid state of Michigan RN license

An associate degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's degree preferred)

Additional requirements include :

Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (to be obtained within 1 year)
